We deliver nationwide using PAXI (Pep to Pep).

We use PAXI’s 3–5 business days delivery option.

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not on the day of purchase.

4. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R110 per order.

This fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a PAXI tracking number to monitor your delivery.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please ensure that you:

  • Review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed, as orders are processed promptly.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the matter and assist where applicable.

Yes. Our Afro-kinky bulk hair is designed to blend seamlessly with natural textures, especially 4C hair, making it ideal for protective styling.
